So what is it?

Acne is a skin condition that exists when the hair follicles get clogged with oil and dead skin cells. It causes build up which often leads to whiteheads, blackheads or pimples, resulting in acneic skin. It can be persistent. The pimples and bumps don’t heal quickly and usually, when one begins to go away, another one seems to pop up. The earlier you start treatment, the lower your risk of scarring.
