Rosacea is a chronic skin condition that can cause: acne, redness, swelling, bumps, and dilated blood vessels. These symptoms tend to show up on the face, especially the nose, cheeks, chin and forehead. It has a number of known triggers, including spicy foods, cold temperatures, wind, alcohol use, sun exposure, emotional stress, high humidity, to name a few.
